Full kitchen refurbishment for social housing. Our team turns outdated, inefficient kitchens into modern, practical spaces that meet the requirements of each programme.
Every photo here is a kitchen fitted by our own teams: units, worktops, appliances, flooring and making good, handed over ready for the resident.

Window upgrades
High-quality window replacement for social housing. We are experienced in installing double-glazed uPVC windows that improve energy efficiency, comfort and security for residents. We are FENSA accredited, so every installation is certified to meet Building Regulations.

Doors
Replacement composite front and back doors for social housing, fitted with new frames to improve security, warmth and kerb appeal for residents.
Where needed we add accessibility features such as grab rails alongside the new door.

Voids
Complete refurbishment of empty properties so they are ready to let. We handle every part of the job, from new kitchens to bathroom upgrades.
We also provide full decoration, finished to a high standard so each property is fresh and welcoming for the next tenant.

Extensions
We design and build extensions that blend with the original building, adding useful space that is practical and looks good.

Social housing decarbonisation (SHDF)
Whole-house energy efficiency retrofits under the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund, helping housing providers cut carbon and lower running costs for residents.
